For people who want to see their money.

Most budget apps shame you. This one just shows you what's happening. Twenty currencies. Real-time charts. AI that talks straight. No bank credentials, no ads, no upsells you didn't ask for.

What's inside

Everything you need.
Nothing you don't.

Live dashboard

Donut, bars, and trend lines that update the second you log a transaction. See where your money actually goes.

AI advisor

An assistant that reads your actual numbers and tells you the truth, not influencer fluff or generic tips.

Built for multi-currency

Earn in one currency, spend in another. USD, EUR, GBP, and JPY all reconcile automatically.

Why this exists

Every budget app we tried wanted to shame us about our spending. This one just shows you what's happening. No guilt. No advice you didn't ask for. No selling your data. Just a clean view of your money, plus a smart assistant when you want one.

Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

Why do I need this when my bank app already shows my transactions?

Your bank app shows you what happened. Budget by Dunit shows you what to do about it. We let you plan ahead, set category budgets, track goals like an emergency fund or a trip, and ask an AI advisor questions like "can I afford a vacation in December?" based on your actual numbers, not generic advice.

And if you earn or spend across multiple currencies, no bank app handles that well. We do.

Does it connect to my bank?

Not automatically. That's intentional. To connect to your bank, most apps ask for your login credentials (or use third-party services that store them). We don't think that's a reasonable thing to ask of you.

Instead: log transactions in seconds (most people add two or three a day), import a CSV export from your bank, or, coming soon, upload a bank statement PDF and we'll parse it.

Is my financial data safe?

Yes. We use TLS encryption everywhere, never store your bank credentials (we don't even ask for them), offer optional two-factor authentication, and your data lives on private infrastructure we control. It is never sold to advertisers or third parties.

You can also turn on Privacy Mode to hide all dollar amounts with a single click. This is useful when you're in public, sharing your screen, or just don't want to see big numbers staring back at you.

How does the multi-currency thing actually work?

Pick one primary currency. When you log a transaction in another currency, say a $7 Netflix bill while your primary is EUR, we store the original amount AND convert it to your primary at today's exchange rate. Your dashboard totals stay in your primary currency, but each transaction remembers what it actually cost in its native currency.

You can also display a secondary currency alongside the primary, which helps if you think in two currencies at once.

Is it really free?

Yes. During the open beta every feature is free, and we never ask for a card. If that ever changes, you'll hear about it well ahead of time, and you can export all of your data any time from Settings.

Can I get my data out if I leave?

Always. Export your transactions to CSV any time from Settings. If you delete your account, your data is removed within 30 days (we keep a short window in case you change your mind). The 30-day window is also legally required for tax-record retention on payments.
